Opening Doors for Our Clients by Advancing Our Business
Hello to our Clients, friends and family!
I’m Chad Franklin, one half of the Franklin Team with LAH | Sotheby’s International Realty, and I want to take a moment to share a big milestone in our real estate journey—Macey is now a licensed Real Estate Broker! This is a huge accomplishment, and I couldn’t be more proud of her. But beyond celebrating her achievement, I want to explain why this is a game-changer for our current and future clients.
How We Got Here
Macey and I have always had a heart for serving others. Before real estate, I was a teacher and coach, and Macey worked in dental hygiene and practice management. These careers taught us the importance of building relationships, guiding people through big decisions, and creating positive experiences—everything that great real estate professionals should do. When we transitioned into real estate, we knew we wanted to carry that same passion into helping families find homes and achieve their real estate goals.
Over the years, we’ve been honored to serve Birmingham and the surrounding areas, building relationships that extend far beyond closing day. And now, with Macey earning her Broker’s License, we’re taking things to the next level.
What Does It Mean to Work with a Broker vs. an Agent?
Most people know the term “Realtor,” but not everyone understands the difference between a Real Estate Agent and a Real Estate Broker. A Broker goes through additional training and licensing, which means they have a deeper knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and transaction management. This extra level of expertise allows them to handle more complex deals and oversee transactions with greater authority and confidence.
What This Means for You
Macey becoming a Broker isn’t just a title—it’s an advantage for every client we serve. Here’s how it benefits you:
More Knowledge & Expertise: Brokers have advanced training, which means we can guide you through the process with an even greater level of skill and understanding.
Better Problem-Solving: Real estate transactions can sometimes hit roadblocks, but with Macey’s additional education and experience, we can navigate challenges more efficiently and ensure smoother closings.
Greater Oversight & Compliance: Having a Broker on our team means your transaction is being handled with the highest level of professionalism and adherence to legal standards.
Increased Network & Resources: Brokers have access to a broader network of industry professionals, giving us more tools to market your home, connect with potential buyers, and ensure you’re getting the best possible deal.
Looking Ahead
We’ve always been committed to providing top-notch service, and Macey earning her Broker’s License is just another way we’re raising the bar. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just thinking about making a move in the future, know that you have a team with the experience, knowledge, and dedication to make it a seamless and enjoyable process.
